Thoroughly enjoyed my tour of the Boeing facilities in Everett including the 767, 777, 787 and 747-800 production lines. Eric our tour guide was great and quite informative and personable. A great way to spend a couple hours. There's a little bit of walking but it wasn't too bad.
The cafe has limited choices but still serves good food.
I'm a retired Boeing employee. The tour guide was very informative. He went over all things you would not think of about Boeing, the airplanes, the volume of the building. Of course the tour ends at the Boeing store where you purchase anything they have.
Great place to visit if you are interested in the assembly and viewing of Boeing airplanes. This tour was very informative, and our tour guide was very knowledgeable. It was great getting a behind the scenes look at how Boeing planes are built, tested, and delivered. I highly recommend to any airplane fanatic.
Incredible place to visit. If you are even slightly interested in aircraft, you must take the tour of the factory and watch them build 747s, 777s and Dreamliners! So close you can almost touch it. I didn't care much for the displays, but they serve their purpose. Thanks for the 727 cockpit I finally got a chance to sit in. It was a thrill for me. 727s were the E-Type of aircraft.
Important note: You're not allowed to take practically anything along with you on the factory tour. You could use the complimentary lockers at the facilities entrance.
The strato deck has some good views of the airfield.
An awesome experience to get a peek into the way planes are made. I would recommend both the Factory and the gallery.
