The employee in the Blue 90's BMW 325i is constantly driving recklessly at high speeds to and from work. Myself and other potential customers do not appreciate him driving at high speeds, tailgating and cutting other drivers off. I suggest that you suggest to your employees that the roads are not a racetrack.
Horrible, car did not come clean. Attendant was as rude as could be. Will never be back and will tell everyone.

The facility is usually clean but the upkeep on the car wash systems seems to have gone down hill. The manual hand wash hoses are missing the end spray nozzles in a few of the bays. The token slot machines seem to not count every once in awhile even when added slowly. The foam brushes are barely and in 2 cases not spouting out foam. It takes forever for cleaning fluid to change from one type to another when using the hand wash. If this is how the machine is then more time should be added. Auto car wash is improved but twice it's stopped on me and I've had to go and rinse it manually. Also, u don't always get what u pay for. Sometimes where lets say the tri foam should be spraying nothing is happening. Finally for some reason there is a left over residue after the final rinse in the auto wash. It's weird but looks like dirt drops on the windshield. It's not everytime but often it does this. This used to be my go to car wash but too many issues recently so I've started to go elsewhere.
